Ashley and Grant went on Netflix’s first season of “Temptation Island” to mend their trust issues.
Instead, they found new lovers. And it seems that Ashley could still be with her new beau, Danny.
Losing your partner is the risk contestants take when they sign up for the dating show, where couples are separated and taken to live with singles who try to seduce them.
On this season, which is Netflix’s first, four couples are featured, including Ashley and Grant. Ashley says on the show that Grant cheated on her a month into their relationship.
“Over time, it’s just built up into this huge mess of mistrust and resentment, and I think if we can get through this, maybe it will clear that up,” Grant says.
Grant says he wants to prove to Ashley and his daughter from a previous relationship that he can keep his word and resist temptation.
Grant cheats on Ashley, so she starts dating two other men.

Ashley and Grant stay committed to each other in the first few days of the process.
But in the first of the show’s bonfires in episode two, where contestants are shown what their partners have been up to, Grant sees a clip of Ashley complaining about his behavior and saying she’s “never going to trust him.”
Grant says this hurts him, and he gets closer to Natalie, one of the single contestants. By the end of episode three, Grant and Natalie kiss, and have sex in a shower in the following episode.
At the episode five bonfire, Ashley says she feels “relief” after seeing the videos of Grant cheating.
“I think I’ve been waiting for this. I’ve been waiting for the proof,” Ashley says.
Grant initially regrets cheating. But after he sees another clip of Ashley bad-mouthing him at the bonfire, he deepens his relationship with Natalie when he returns to the villa.
At the same time, Ashley announces that she’s single and starts to properly pursue Logan and Danny. As the show continues, she gets closer to Danny, eventually kissing him off-camera in episode six.
When Grant and Ashley reunite during the season one finale, he says he wants to leave the show alone, seemingly splitting up with Ashley and Natalie. Meanwhile, Ashley leaves the show in a relationship with Danny.
Ashley and Danny may still be dating, while it seems Grant and Natalie are over.

It seems likely Ashley and Danny are still together
The finale aired a week ago, but none of the couples have publicly confirmed their relationship status. This could mean that Netflix is planning a reunion episode or will publish a “Where Are They Now” video like they do for “Perfect Match.” Netflix declined to comment when contacted by Business Insider.
But on Tuesday, Ashley shared a photo of her and Danny on Instagram, captioned: ‘This man always had me smiling ☺️”
They also follow each other on Instagram and TikTok. On their TikTok and Instagram feeds, they have shared videos featuring Logan where they joke about their throuple dynamic on the show.
On Monday, Ashley shared an Instagram story with a picture of her and Danny showing their close body language before the show’s premiere party on March 15, captioned “eyes up here.”
That day, Ashley reposted a video on her story of her interactions with Danny on the show, captioned: “Wouldn’t have survived without you.”
There are not many clues online about Grant’s relationship status. On Sunday, he posted a video on Instagram and TikTok defending Natalie and told viewers to stop sending her hate.
Grant follows Natalie on both Instagram and TikTok, but she doesn’t follow him. Natalie follows Ashley on Instagram. This suggests that Grant and Natalie are likely not together anymore. Natalie also hasn’t said anything supporting Grant amid the backlash against them.
