Dr. Drew returned home after allegedly suffering brain aneurysm

Dr. Dress has returned home after undergoing treatment for possible neurological disorders at Cedars Sine Medical Center in Los Angeles.

The 55-year-old rapper and businessman was released from the hospital on Friday, his lawyer Peter Petrano told the Associated Press via email.

According to TMZ, Dreyer suffered from cerebral palsy earlier this month.

Music mogul and his team have not confirmed whether he had a neurological treatment at the hospital or for another illness.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Derr reportedly underwent a medical examination and spent time in the intensive care unit of the medical center.

Drew was born on February 18, 1965, in Kempton, California, to Andre Young. He made his music debut with the hip hop group NWA in the 1980s and released his first album, Street Outa Compton, which was released in 1988.

The rapper began his solo music career with three studio albums, two of which received multiple Platinum Honors from different recording associations. He has worked on tracks for Topic, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, 50 Cent, JZ & Nass, Gavin Stephanie, Mary J. Blaze and more.

By 2008, Dray co-founded Bates Electronics LLC with record executive Jimmy Ivan. The Beats Music streaming service was launched six years later.

Apple acquired both businesses in August 2014 for 3 billion in cash and stock. The brand also includes Bates by Dread or Beat Dress by Dr. Beat. This is the biggest acquisition by the tech company in its 44-year history.
